Data and Sales System Specialist (f/m/x)

Mars Petcare, Sales Operations

Location: Warsaw

hybrid work up to 50%

This position ensures the continuity and quality of reporting for our key sales parameter, Perfect Store, using Mobile Touch and Power BI. You'll work closely with Category teams, Field Force, and digital partners to keep our systems running smoothly and our data reliable.

What are we looking for?

  • Background in Quantitative Methods, Finance, Management, or Economics

  • Experience in Business Analytics, Sales Support, or System Administration

  • Strong technical proficiency and analytical mindset

  • Proficiency in Mobile Touch and Power BI (preferred)

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Maintain and update the Perfect Store database with precision

  • Collaborate with Category and Field Force teams

  • Act as system administrator for Mobile Touch and Perfect Vision

  • Partner with Mars Digital Technologies and external vendors

  • Support tool development and process improvement projects

  • Ensure data integrity across sales systems
