Retail Merchandise Lead

As a Retail Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for driving online sales performance and executing the stock and assortment strategy in the digital channel (web page). Working closely with Merchandise Managers, your focus will be on optimizing stock levels, product visibility, and availability to enhance the customer shopping experience and maximize conversion in the online store.

You will: 

• Execute regional assortment direction in close alignment to omni merchandising manager.
• Optimize local selling peaks driven by calendar and customer shopping behavior.
• Set product and category must-wins.
• Pick full price, discount and sale activities in line with regional merch direction.
• Execute commercial reduction, stock management, sale in line with the regional strategy and guidelines.
• Follow-up on stock and resolve issues together with regional Merchandising manager and other stakeholders.
• Follow-up commercial initiatives in store to confirm or adjust actions needed to meet the regional merchandising strategy.
• Follow-up commercial results & KPIs and benchmark between areas, sales markets and other regions.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH​ 

You will be part of the regional Merchandising unit. Within the Merchandising team, you will work closely with your Manager, other Digital Leads, as well as cross-functional partners such as Inventory Optimization Leads and Commercial Business Analyst. You will closely collaborate with E-commerce Leads and colleagues from the Customer Activation & Marketing team.

• Understanding of products, stock and product lifecycle-management.
