Surrounded by a team of high-performing professionals, we are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Packaging Innovation & Development Specialist to participate in the end-to-end packaging innovation projects — from concept to implementation. The ideal candidate will drive the development of functional, attractive, and sustainable packaging solutions that meet market needs and support the company's strategic goals.

Your responsibilities
will be:

  • Participation in the design, development and implementation of plastic, paper and film packaging
  • Cooperation with suppliers in the selection of materials and the packaging production process
  • Technical Documentation Management
  • Optimization, standardization and coordination of the packaging process
  • Testing and validation of packaging according to quality standards, transport conditions and customer requirements
  • Searching for unconventional ways to package products

MIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher education – technical
  • Min. 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry in the field of packaging development
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of English (min B2)
  • Creativity and analytical thinking skills
  • Self-organization and coordination of work
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to learn new things, new topics
  • Project management skills
