CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST WITH CZECH AND SLOVAK

MIEJSCE PRACY: Kraków

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Daily contact with clients via phone/email
  • Provide support to the customer within requested area
  • Take ownership of customers' issues ensuring end to end service with an emphasis on excellent customer satisfaction and attention to detail
  • Advise customers
  • Maintain ongoing, professional communication with other departments to ensure that the customer's issue is resolved
  • Provide best-in-class customer service following company CS standards
  • Translations
EXPECTATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills in Czech and Slovak in speaking and writing as a necessary condition
  • Ability to communicate in Polish or English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Team work oriented, accountable, empathic and proactive
  • Professional and positive under all circumstances
  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Experience in customer service

SPECJALISTA DS. OBSŁUGI KLIENTA (RYNEK CZESKI I SŁOWACKI)

MIEJSCE PRACY: Kraków

GŁÓWNE ZADANIA:
  • Kompleksowa obsługa zamówień i reklamacji sklepu internetowego z rynku chorwackiego zgodnie ze standardami CS firmy
  • Telefoniczna i mailowa obsługa Klienta Czeskiego i Słowackiego, doradztwo w zakresie oferowanego produktu
  • Budowanie pozytywnych relacji z Klientem
  • Współpraca z Partnerami firmy
  • Wspieranie firmy w zakresie tłumaczeń na język czeski i słowacki
OCZEKIWANIA:
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka czeskiego i słowackiego w mowie i w piśmie - warunek konieczny
  • Komunikatywna znajomość języka polskiego lub angielskiego
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w kontakcie z klientem
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość obsługi komputera i pakietu MS Office
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole
