P&CI Senior Specialist
at
HEINEKEN
, you'll play a vital role in driving progress and supporting the implementation of the
Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
. You'll identify potential risks related to data reliability, design and monitor controls, and report on their effectiveness to provide management oversight of risk exposure. Additionally, you'll actively support OpCo P&CI teams in strengthening their risk, process, and control environment. Your Responsibilities Would Include

  • understanding the CSRD KPIs definitions and designing the process flows to report upon the KPIs
  • identifying risks within the KPI reporting process that could impact data reliability
  • designing controls to mitigate risks identified within the KPI reporting process, consistent with the HEINEKEN Risks and Controls framework methodology and quality standards
  • actively supporting the implementation and monitoring of control processes by sharing best practices and suggesting improvements
  • implementing controls at OpCos in your region by training control performers on how to execute controls as designed and reporting progress status to the Global P&CI Risk Response team
  • coordinating and testing the effectiveness of controls on behalf of OpCos, aligning testing results and providing central reporting to the Global P&CI Control Monitoring team
  • analysing internal control results for reporting to senior management and global functions
  • advising and training OpCo P&CI teams on scoping and assessing control implementation and effectiveness deficiencies
  • building a strong network and engaging with different types and levels of stakeholders across the global functions and OpCos
  • driving innovation that further improves maturity in S&R control execution

You Are a Good Candidate If You Have

  • University degree/Masters (e.g. in Economics, Audit & Controls, Finance) and professional certifications including: ACCA/CIMA/RA/RE/RC/CPA/CIA
  • proven 7–10 years of experience in designing and auditing internal controls within an international company and/or a Big 4 audit firm
  • a strong interest in internal controls over sustainability and responsibility, particularly in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) areas
  • the ability to prioritize assignments, remain flexible in a changing environment, and work independently with minimal supervision
  • strong analytical and communication skills
  • a high level of concern for quality, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to clearly present results to senior stakeholders and prepare high-quality communications such as emails, memos, and presentations
