OD CIEBIE OCZEKUJEMY

  • Minimum 2–3 lat doświadczenia w roli Product Ownera lub podobnej w branży IT (software-house).

  • Dobrej znajomości procesu wytwarzania oprogramowania (Scrum / Agile).

  • Umiejętności analizy potrzeb biznesowych i przekładania ich na wymagania techniczne.

  • Wysokiego poczucia odpowiedzialności za realizowany projekt (czas, zakres, budżet).

  • Doświadczenia w pracy z narzędziami typu Jira, Confluence, Miro lub podobnymi.

  • Umiejętność pracy z klientem i prowadzenia warsztatów produktowych.

  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (C1) w kontekście współpracy z klientami.

TWOJE ZADANIA

  • Zbieranie i doprecyzowywanie wymagań biznesowych oraz funkcjonalnych od klienta.

  • Przekładanie celów biznesowych na konkretne user stories i backlog produktu.

  • Priorytetyzacja zadań oraz zarządzanie backlogiem w ścisłej współpracy z zespołem projektowym.

  • Współpraca z klientem w zakresie wizji i kierunku rozwoju produktu.

  • Planowanie i kontrola zakresu, budżetu i terminów realizacji.

  • Bieżące monitorowanie wskaźników realizacji projektu.

  • Weryfikacja zgodności efektów pracy zespołu z wymaganiami i oczekiwaniami klienta.

  • Identyfikacja ryzyk i rekomendowanie zmian w priorytetach lub zakresie.

  • Współpraca z Product Managerem przy dopasowaniu backlogu do strategii produktu.
