Job Description

We're seeking a talented and experienced PHP (we use Laravel) developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality web applications using these cutting-edge technologies.

This role is open to candidates in Poland. This is a hybrid role for candidates living in the 50 km radius of Warsaw, or a remote role for those living outside of the radius. The successful candidate will report to the R&D team's Engineering Leader - Ulula and carry out the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel
• Collaborate with the development team to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer working in an Agile environment

• Six plus (6+) years experience building enterprise grade software
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven, continuous integration and deployment environment
• Strong proficiency in PHP, RESTful APIs, relational databases
• In-depth understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with PHP frameworks, and VCS like Git
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with design patterns and architectural principles.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge and experience with .NET
• Knowledge and experience with React
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit).
