About the Role

We are seeking experienced
IT Project Managers and PMO professionals
to join dynamic programmes within Poland's banking and financial services sector. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business units, and technical teams to drive successful delivery of technology projects in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of IT and business change projects within banking and fintech environments.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, compliance, and product.
  • Define, track, and manage project plans, budgets, resources, and dependencies.
  • Provide PMO support across governance, reporting, and portfolio management.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with internal control frameworks.
  • Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
  • Drive process improvements, standardisation, and best practices in project delivery.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record as an
    IT Project Manager
    or
    PMO Analyst/Lead
    within banking or fintech.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience in regulatory-driven environments (e.g., PSD2, MiFID, GDPR, Basel III) is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in
    English
    (Polish is a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills, with attention to governance, reporting, and risk management.
  • Background in IT delivery, digital transformation, or core banking systems is highly desirable.
