The role & the team:

You will join a team focused on leveraging Generative AI and machine learning to automate business processes and create intelligent, cutting-edge products. Your role will be pivotal in designing and implementing advanced AI solutions, from chatbots to sophisticated recommendation systems. What will you do:

• Design, implement, and deploy scalable AI solutions, including chatbots, agents, and recommendation systems, on major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Fine-tune and distill Large Language Models (LLMs) and build solutions using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture.
• Develop, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models for tasks such as classification, regression, and recommendations.
• Create and implement autonomous AI agents to automate complex business processes.
• Process and integrate data using the Snowflake platform, ensuring data readiness for AI/ML models.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize model performance, maintain technical documentation, and research the latest AI trends.

Required skills:

• Experience:
  minimum 2 years of commercial experience in designing, implementing, and deploying NLP and machine learning models; documented experience in the production deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) models.
• Language:
  Polish and English.
• Tool Pro:
  practical ability to fine-tune and distill language models; knowledge and experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture; fluency in Python and key AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers, unsloth); good knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases; experience with at least one leading cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP); familiarity with process orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow) and version control systems (Git).
• Soft Skills:
  highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork.

Bonus points for:

• Experience in creating agent systems using LangGraph or Google ADK.
• Practical experience in building recommendation systems based on machine learning algorithms and models.
