Summary

Andersen is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to enhance and expand a large ServiceNow platform for a global engineering company, focusing on automation, complex workflows, integrations, and new functionality.

The customer is a global engineering and technology partner working across the mobility and industrial sectors. The company develops advanced software and system solutions for vehicles, powertrains, and emerging digital mobility services. With international teams and strong expertise in both hardware and software, it focuses on sustainable technologies, including electric mobility and intelligent automated systems.

The project is focused on enhancing and supporting a ServiceNow platform with an emphasis on automation, complex workflows, and REST integrations, while expanding functionality in areas like AI, Workspace Management, and asset/process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Configuring, customizing, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform according to business requirements.
• Developing and supporting custom applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Ensuring proper functioning and performance of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB modules.
• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to ServiceNow modules.
• Managing platform upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for service operations.
• Documenting technical solutions, configurations, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Architect hands-on experience for 5+ years, with ServiceNow platform (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
• Ability to design, configure, and implement custom workflows, forms, and UI policies.
• Experience developing and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with other systems (REST/SOAP, MID server, APIs).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Service Portal development.
• Experience with ServiceNow module administration, upgrades, and platform maintenance.
• Ability to create and manage reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for working with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams.
• Background in IT Operations (optional).
• Detail-oriented and structured approach to tasks.
• Proactive, self-driven, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn continuously and stay updated on ServiceNow platform enhancements.
• CAD (Certified Application Developer) and/or CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) according a project
• Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Level of German – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Desired skills

• CMA (Certified Master Architect)
