Site Business Controller

We're looking for a
Site Business Controller
who will be responsible for the production site located near Krzyż Wielkopolski. As Site Controller, you will act as a finance business partner to the local Managing Director and the CFO based in Sweden. You will be part of the local management team.

Main responsibilities:

• Financial management of the local facility, covering both sales and production
• Ensuring accurate follow-up and performance support through margin and supply chain analysis
• Responsible for monthly closings and delivering P&L and balance sheet reporting, including variance and trend analysis
• Leading the annual budgeting process for the local facility
• Managing forecasting and budgeting, combining bottom-up planning with top-down targets
• Presenting financial reports and forecasts to senior management
• Maintaining and improving financial processes and program structures
• Driving continuous improvements and efficiency in reporting, controls, and analytical tools
• Developing dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
• Enhancing Microsoft Dynamics to strengthen financial insights
• Handling ad hoc tasks related to business controlling

Skills and qualifications:

• Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience as a senior controller/plant controller in the manufacturing sector.
• Preferably experience in supply chain controlling.
• Experience working in a Scandinavian environment is a strong asset.
• Interest in ERP/BI development.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel to Sweden.
