is seeking a
Provisioning Engineer
to become part of the Commercial Provisioning Services team in
Gdansk, Poland.
Provisioning Services is responsible for engaging with and supporting airlines with part provisioning data and training in preparation for the introduction of new airplanes into their fleet. The team develops airline customers' initial provisioning requirements, using the latest configuration and reliability data, for spare parts and materials for all Boeing commercial aircraft models, and delivers a comprehensive suite of provisioning products. Provisioning Services also supports airline customers with post-delivery and re-provisioning support as fleets mature or used aircraft are inducted into their fleets.

Position Responsibilities:

• Research and provide technical information used to develop and maintain logistics products and engineering data.
• Establish systems support requirements, approaches and solutions; develops and documents processes.
• Provide logistics support influence on product designs; determines and develops supportability-related design approaches and solutions.
• Support the data collection and analysis needs to respond to customer inquiries. Proposes, evaluates, validates, approves and implements engineering changes.
• Develop comprehensive spares provisioning programs for airlines to support life cycle maintenance for Boeing commercial aircraft. This includes initial provisioning of new aircraft as well as re-provisioning for used aircraft.
• Conduct provisioning conferences and training for airline personnel in accordance with contractual requirements and customer requests.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of provisioning data in the Recommended Spare Parts List and other provisioning products, and that all contractual commitments are met.
• Review and validation of Supplier provisioning data and other provisioning data elements associated with documented parts.
• Maintain processes and communication with U.S. based Provisioning team.
• Interface and follow up with Suppliers, Boeing engineering design organizations, and other Boeing organizations supporting airline provisioning and Entry Into Service.
• Periodic travel to Airline Customer sites will be required after an adequate level of experience and knowledge is attained.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with digital platforms and learning new software.
• Experience in engineering roles requiring high attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work independently.
• Experience presenting technical subjects using strong communication and presentation skills.
