Your role at Hostinger:
Lead Hostinger's YouTube strategy and team to transform how millions discover they can turn creative ideas into real businesses. You'll architect content that makes hosting feel like creative empowerment, not technical complexity - building the video marketing playbook that other companies will copy.

This role is for you if you thrive in fast-paced environments, aggressive targets, decision-making authority, and building the playbook as you go.

This role is NOT for you if you prefer stable processes, detailed direction, or avoiding frequent pivots.

Your day-to-day:

• Pioneer creative-entrepreneurship content that transforms technical concepts into inspiring business success stories
• Build content intelligence systems from scratch - topic clustering, performance frameworks, and data-driven strategies that scale globally
• Lead and elevate the YouTube team through coaching and building high-performing collaborative environments
• Design rapid test-and-scale methodologies across content formats and markets - identify winners fast, kill failures faster
• Develop creator partnerships that authentically drive our empowerment mission and measurable business impact
• Collaborate with Product, Content, SEO, and Localization teams to create compound authority effects across channels
• Own the full funnel from creative confidence building to business launches and customer acquisition

Your skills and experience:

• 5+ years YouTube channel management with demonstrable growth results and understanding of meaningful vs vanity metrics
• Strategic content creation mastery - craft compelling narratives, manage creators/influencers, execute across formats with performance tracking
• Test-and-scale expertise - rapidly test formats, identify winners, scale across markets while stopping unsuccessful experiments
• Analytics and data-driven strategy - funnel analysis, conversion tracking, A/B testing, using data to validate creative decisions
• Team leadership and development - strengthen teams, elevate performance, provide coaching, build growth environments
• International marketing experience across different markets with cultural adaptation understanding
• Communication excellence - explain complex strategies to executives and present ROI-focused recommendations
• Creative-business bridge building - translate between technical benefits and creative empowerment

Compensation

• Gross compensation starts from 4500 EUR. We are open to discussions based on your location
