We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Specialist who will join our HR team and support us in delivering key recruitment and employer branding projects. If you want to develop in recruitment, working on diverse projects and learning from experienced professionals – this is the opportunity for youDuties

  • Support recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, collaborating with hiring managers)
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, industry portals, and Salesforce communities
  • Conduct initial interviews with candidates with a focus on positive candidate experience
  • Write job postings and maintain the candidate database
  • Assist in preparing contracts and offers for candidates
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees
  • Prepare HR reports and update HR systems
  • Participate in ongoing HR projects

Required skills

  • Minimum 6-12 months of experience in HR or recruitment
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Fluent in Polish and English (min. B2)
  • Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and focus on building positive relationships
