Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and motivated Customs Agents who want to work in a dynamic, international, and technology-driven environment. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and compliant customs operations, while also embracing the latest digital customs solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations

• Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions

• Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures

• Staying up to date with changing customs regulations and implementing digital solutions to enhance compliance

• Communicating with clients and suppliers on customs matters and resolving clearance-related issues

• Collaborating with the Customs teams in Europe.

Requirements:

• Experience in customs operations, with a strong understanding of regulations and clearance procedures

• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures

• Proficiency in customs systems, ERP software, and an openness to working with digital automation tools

·       Business-level proficiency in English and at least communicative knowledge of another European language (German/Dutch/Spanish, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to digital workflows

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-border team

·       Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally
