Sales Assistant

Obowiązki:
  • Wsparcie działu sprzedaży: Pomoc w codziennych zadaniach działu sprzedaży, w tym przygotowywanie dokumentacji i raportów.
  • Pozyskiwanie projektów rekrutacyjnych: Odbywanie rozmów sprzedażowych, prezentacja usług agencji.
  • Kontakt z klientami: Utrzymywanie i rozwijanie relacji z klientami, zarówno obecnymi, jak i potencjalnymi.
  • Przygotowywanie ofert: Tworzenie i aktualizacja ofert handlowych oraz prezentacji dla klientów.
  • Zarządzanie bazą danych: Aktualizacja i monitorowanie bazy danych klientów oraz potencjalnych leadów.
  • Organizacja spotkań: Planowanie i koordynacja spotkań z klientami oraz uczestnictwo w nich, gdy jest to wymagane.

Wymagania:
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe: Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w dziale sprzedaży lub obsługi klienta.
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne: Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i komunikacyjne.
  • Orientacja na klienta: Zdolność do budowania długotrwałych relacji z klientami i rozumienie ich potrzeb.
  • Organizacja i samodzielność: Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma zadaniami jednocześnie oraz dobra organizacja pracy.
  • Znajomość narzędzi biurowych: Biegłość w korzystaniu z pakietu MS Office oraz systemów CRM.
