Customs Operations Manager
to lead and inspire a team of nearly 90 professionals in our new
Warsaw GSC
.

This is a
high-impact leadership role
, where you'll be responsible for developing core processes and infrastructure that deliver
efficient, predictable, and customer-focused services
. You'll lead key projects, continuously improving workflows to optimize productivity while fostering a
culture of excellence and innovation
. Managing such a large team means that
your leadership will be crucial
