For our client – a leading international technology organization – we are looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to play a strategic role in driving business growth in the Polish market. The company delivers advanced IT solutions and complex transformation projects for the banking and financial services sector, focusing on areas such as system modernization, cloud migration, AI-driven solutions, process automation, and mobile applications. This is a key position offering high autonomy and a significant impact on the company's development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand a portfolio of clients within the Polish banking sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-Level, primarily IT).
  • Develop strategic sales plans tailored to the Polish market.
  • Collaborate with delivery, marketing, and pre-sales teams to ensure top-quality client experience.
  • Present solutions in areas such as cloud, AI, process automation, and digitalization.
  • Flexibility in employment type – possibility to work under an employment contract (UoP) or B2B agreement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling IT solutions to the banking sector.
  • Strong network of contacts within the banking and financial services industry and ability to leverage it effectively.
  • Deep understanding of banking decision-making processes and regulatory environment.
  • Experience in selling transformation projects (cloud, AI, digital).
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to engage at executive level.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel and attend client meetings.
