For our client, a global consultancy company, with a strong focus on digital learning and educational innovation, we are looking for a Senior Java Developer_Endur/Murex.

Location: Romania/Poland/Bulgaria

Work model: fully remote

Type of collaboration: B2B

Project duration: 6 months

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and integration of trading platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and hands-on experience with either Endur, Murex, or general trading system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based applications for trading systems.
  • Integrate with platforms such as Endur or Murex, or other trading-related systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and DevOps.
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of trading applications.
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Proven experience with Endur, Murex, or other trading system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of trading workflows, financial instruments, and market data.
  • Solid knowledge of multithreading, performance tuning, and enterprise application design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, JMS), and relational databases.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
