The Cloud Compute team at Akamai's Cloud Technology Group focuses on empowering developers to create distributed applications. This team delivers infrastructure and services for building next-generation applications on Akamai's platform. The mission is to become the top cloud platform for developers.

Partner with the best

You will join a team of go-to-market focused product managers within the Edge Networking. We're defining the vision and roadmap for Akamai's Content Delivery (CDN) product portfolio. This role requires a passion for customers, technical and product expertise to help shape the future of Akamai's market leading CDN products.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Gathering and prioritizing feedback from customers & key stakeholders.
• Synthesizing the feedback into business & technical requirements and actionable product insights.
• Defining the product strategy & roadmap that delivers incremental customer value through iterative releases.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams during the product development process to ensure we deliver market-leading product experiences.
• Analyzing product data & trends to understand product adoption & usage.
• Analyzing landscape and market trends to keep the product roadmap up to date.
• Offering specialized knowledge to product teams, sales, GTM groups, customers, and driving industry thought leadership initiatives.

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess outstanding writing and verbal story-telling skills in English.
• Have experience with product management, product development or equivalent experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of Edge Networking products (CDN).
• Be experienced in developing & launching new products and bringing them to market.
• Have experience defining an end-to-end product experience.
• Have experience gathering & synthesizing data to drive decision making.
