Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate images uploaded by users to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
  • Identify inappropriate or non-compliant content based on pre-defined algorithms and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with AI tools to enhance image recognition systems by providing accurate moderation feedback.
  • Flag, categorize, and escalate images that require further review.
  • Work closely with internal teams to maintain high-quality standards of visual content.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level) - both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools (comprehensive onboarding provided).
  • Basic understanding of image moderation processes or content management systems (training will be provided).
  • Availability to work on-site, one shift (Monday to Friday).
