Our client, a fast-growing AI-driven startup transforming the retail industry, is looking for a
Sales/Pre-Sales Manager for the CEE region
. You will bridge the gap between sales and technology, demonstrating how their solutions solve critical challenges for retail enterprises. This role works closely with the EU Sales Director and can grow into account management.

What you'll do

  • Conduct
    product demos, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
    for enterprise prospects
  • Translate technical features into clear
    business value
    (ROI, shelf optimization, loss prevention)
  • Develop region-specific sales collateral and
    train sales teams
    on AI/ML solutions
  • Lead technical and process discovery calls to uncover client needs
  • Support client
    implementations and onboarding
    to ensure smooth project execution
  • Build long-term relationships with client stakeholders and proactively address concerns
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor insights

What you bring

  • 3–5 years
    B2B pre-sales, sales engineering, or enterprise software experience
  • Strong understanding of
    retail operations
    (planogram compliance, category management, pricing, merchandising, POS)
  • Experience with
    IT products and SaaS
    , including client onboarding and implementation
  • Excellent
    communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in
    English
    ; additional language (Polish, Czech, French, German, etc.) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the CEE region as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Technology, or a related field
