YOUR TASKS
Core responsibilities:
Deliver accurate and timely customer offers

Maintain high-quality pricing and master data

Improve financial accuracy through effective receivables and deductions control

Enable efficient cross-functional and customer support

Position-related responsibilities:
Managing the process "Handle Customer Query"

Managing assigned tasks within the process "Handle First Order"

Price and metal rate maintenance

Overdue and deductions management

Cooperation with relevant wires-related departments

YOUR PROFILE
Core skills
Experience with SAP (SD module)

Understanding of pricing, cost structures, and basic finance/accounting principles

Master data management knowledge

Solid skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)4

Very good command of English

Soft skills
Strong communication and customer-focus skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured, detail-oriented working style

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively

Team-oriented mindset with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
