As a Senior Associate, Procurement Operations (Requisition Management), you will play a pivotal role in managing Moderna's global procurement requisitions, ensuring financial control and policy compliance across all departments within the Warsaw-based Enterprise Solutions Hub (MESH). You will be the key contact for ensuring the integrity of our P2P operations, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, supporting system enhancements, and guiding end-users through process expectations. This is a strategic and highly visible role, ideal for someone driven by precision, continuous improvement, and a desire to build global impact through operational excellence. You will also have opportunities to collaborate with Moderna's digital teams and gain exposure to advanced tools including SAP, Ariba, and ServiceNow, with a pathway to interface with Generative AI-powered systems in the future.

Here's What You'll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions across all business units with full adherence to contract requirements, sourcing strategies, and preferred supplier use.

  • Provide proactive support in requisition queues and escalate blockers when needed.

  • Ensure transactional accuracy and audit readiness through comprehensive documentation aligned with internal controls.

  • Offer one-on-one or group training sessions to internal business users on tools and processes, supporting P2P operations compliance.

  • Contribute to compliance monitoring, reporting on issues, and supporting ongoing process enhancements.

  • Participate in testing and validation for system upgrades and functional enhancements (SAP, Ariba, ServiceNow).

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Support broader leadership initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects across multiple departments.

  • Enforce consistent data standards and document processes clearly and accessibly.

  • Prepare and deliver analysis and reporting to functional leaders and key stakeholders.

  • Address internal and external queries with professionalism and speed.

  • Work closely with Digital teams to validate tool performance and enhancements.

  • Take on additional responsibilities in alignment with your expertise and the evolving needs of the function.
