With us, you will:
  • Create and implement SIAM patterns
  • Plan and manage processes based on ITIL practices
  • Take ownership and maintain responsibility for processes and services, ensuring transparency in their definitions
  • Manage assigned processes and services end-to-end
  • Lead internal projects and those involving external suppliers
  • Strive for continuous improvement and optimization of services and offered solutions
  • Act as a change agent during transformation periods
What we're looking for:
  • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Service Management
  • You can provide strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
  • You are well-versed in IT Operations and Service Delivery issues
  • You are familiar with Agile methodologies or Lean practices
  • You hold an ITIL certification (or DevOps – nice to have)
  • You speak fluent English
