About the Role:

We are seeking
a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant
to join the internal HR Systems team of a leading international manufacturing organization. This is
a permanent in-house ro
le focused on supporting and developing the company's SAP SF landscape – with special attention to
Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding
, an
d Development
modules. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, a solid understanding of HR processes, and the ability to configure and optimize solutions based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional support and configuration of selected SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Development)
  • Coordination of system upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integrations with other platforms (e.g. SAP HCM, Payroll, 3rd party vendors)
  • Collaborating with global HR and IT teams to implement changes and improvements
  • Supporting
    SAP Integration Center
    and working with tools like
    SAP CPI, APIs
  • Providing 2nd-level support, issue resolution, and maintaining system documentation
  • Advising internal stakeholders on system capabilities and best practices
  • Ensuring overall process quality and supporting testing & validation

Your Profile:

  • Degree in HRIS, IT, Business Informatics, or related fields
  • Experience wi
    th SAP SuccessFactors
    as a functional consultant or administrator
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration points
  • Knowledge
    of SAP CPI, Integration Center
    , and SuccessFactors admin tools
  • Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and prioritize tasks
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
