Job Title (Contractual): Marketing Analyst

Actual Role: Customer Data Operations Specialist

Please note: Although the formal job title on the contract is "Marketing Analyst," the responsibilities of this role are focused entirely on Customer Data Operations Specialist. This is not a marketing-related position.

We're looking for candidates who are fluent in one of the following language combinations:

English and French, English and Italian, or English and German.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data and structure analysis (JSON, SQL, databases)
  • Resolving any technical issues after data transfer and fix them manually
  • Resolving customer issues (account / user ID problems, manual setups) via customer care, customer technology or sales
  • Communication with clients and international teams - reach out to customer through email or phone if issues are resolved

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English and French/ English and Italian, or English and German for direct client communication
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Being able to read, write or have an interest in learning SQL queries
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) and incident management platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • *No requirement for deep technical knowledge such as IT support
