Customer Success Specialist

Location: Wrocław

If you're passionate about building strong customer relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and love turning great products into real client success stories — this role is for you. You'll be working closely with our sales and product teams, supporting users, testing new features, and making sure our customers get the best possible experience.

What You'll Do

Sales & Demos

  • Generate leads through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
  • Deliver personalized software demos to prospects and partners
  • Follow up with leads to support conversion and build long-term relationships

Customer Onboarding & Support

  • Guide new clients through onboarding and training
  • Provide timely support via ticketing system (prioritize and follow-up)
  • Maintain strong, positive relationships with clients

Technical & Product Insight

  • Perform hands-on software and hardware testing
  • Report bugs, suggest improvements, and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot or similar) updated with accurate information

Other Responsibilities

  • Support marketing campaign execution
  • Offer feedback to improve product and customer experience

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills

  • Fluent in English (C1+), excellent communication skills
  • 2+ years in customer success/support and/or B2B software sales
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable with outbound sales calls and onboarding tasks
  • Able to work in US/Canada business hours (3–11 PM CET)

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in retail industry
  • Experience with software/web app testing
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
  • Located in or near Wrocław and open to hybrid work
