Key job responsibilities
• Deliver on Amazon's key disability initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and implement best practices, and standards. You will own program procedure documentation while serving as the point of contact for any program you are assigned to
• Act as a subject matter expert to improve quality of key partnership's (internal and external)
• Build and foster candidate engagement and sourcing strategies and demonstrate return on investment with data from different internal functions such as PxT, public policy, internal and external comms.
About the team
This is a role within the Candidate Engagement Team (CE). The team operates across Europe. The team creates opportunities for candidates across Europe to access Amazon roles who benefit from additional support or a specific hiring program. The team partners with organisations who specialise in providing support to external candidates, and creates opportunities through sharing information, removing barriers and setting up pre-hire and post hire support.
- Evidence of working with varied teams and stakeholders, and being able to influence upwards
- Previous experience partnering with external stakeholders including government, councils and other strategic partners, acting as a company representative at events.
- Experience managing projects and programs, and an understanding of full end to end project management.
- Self-starter, comfortable in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. Able to pivot on priorities in a continually changing environment to ensure business needs are met.
- Understanding of internal and external factors which might influence program support and structure
- Familiar with current recruitment trends and routes to market including both off-line and on-line attractions and engagement strategies.
