Job Description

  • ⁠ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates;
  • ⁠ Collaborate with the leadership in developing strategies and improving current workflows for acquiring new talent;
  • ⁠ ⁠Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks;
  • ⁠ ⁠Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide insights on market trends and candidate availability;
  • ⁠ ⁠Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process;
  • ⁠ ⁠Understand current and future needs of the team.

Qualifications

  • ⁠ ⁠3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role;
  • ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices;
  • ⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • ⁠ ⁠Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritise tasks effectively;
  • ⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics.
