OT Specialist

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced OT Specialist to support the design, implementation, and security of IT/OT architectures across manufacturing and supply chain sites. This role involves developing and enforcing standards, supporting site assessments, and ensuring compliance with IT and OT cybersecurity requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support development and implementation of OT/IT architectures and security standards.
• Assist in site assessments and ensure compliance with global IT/OT guidelines.
• Collaborate with OT Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Engineering teams on global initiatives.
• Contribute to documentation, design specifications, and best practice frameworks.
• Work with OT service providers and system integrators to align solutions with company standards.
• Present technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in engineering or OT/IT roles.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing network architectures (e.g., Purdue model).
• Hands-on experience with OT cybersecurity tools and practices.
• Knowledge of network devices (routers, switches, firewalls), virtualization, backups, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, authentication, and identity management.
• Experience with industrial security frameworks (NIST, IEC 62443, etc.).
• Exposure to ICS/OT products (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Rockwell, Schneider).
• Bachelor's in OT/ICS, Information Security, or Computer Science (Master's preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, GRID, IC are an advantage.
