For our client an international company we are looking for a IT Helpdesk Operations Coordinator.

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Operations Coordinator to manage and improve helpdesk operations. You will provide 1st line support, coordinate ticket workflows, onboard and train users, and support the IT team in troubleshooting and process optimization. This role is perfect for a structured, communicative professional eager to grow in a collaborative IT environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st line support to users
  • Coordinate and maintain the ticket system efficiently
  • Conduct user onboarding and training
  • Participate in IT department and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support 2nd line issues and escalate unresolved tickets
  • Investigate root causes of recurring tickets

  • Improve internal IT processes and maintain documentation

Required Skills
  • Windows 11 configuration and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Basic networking knowledge

Beneficial:

  • PowerApps, Active Directory (AD)
  • Ticket systems (ClickUp)

  • Experience with email signature, asset management, and patching tools

Experience & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in user/application support
  • Fluent English (supporting English-speaking users a plus)
  • Structured and organized work style
  • Relevant IT education, training, or certifications
