About the role

For our cleint we are building a new team in Poland to strengthen global procurement capabilities and are looking for experienced professionals who want to work internationally while remaining connected locally. This role within a team focuses on sourcing, contracting, and vendor management for professional services like; HR, Legal, Marketing, Travel, Consulting, IT services, Finance and Accounting, Facilities Management, Training and L&D, Recruitment Services, Marketing Technology, Insurance and Risk Advisory, Corporate Events, Professional Memberships

Your responsibilities

  • Work with global stakeholders to understand priorities and provide sourcing solutions aligned with business needs and procurement standards
  • Run end-to-end sourcing projects (RFI, RFP, e-auctions) including market research, evaluation, negotiation, and supplier selection
  • Draft, review, and manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk
  • Support supplier relationship management, including performance reviews and issue resolution
  • Contribute to global initiatives such as ESG integration, cost optimization, and best-practice implementation
  • Help establish the new Katowice procurement hub by sharing expertise and improving processes

What we are looking for

  • Degree in business, finance, supply chain, or a related field
  • Min 2-8 years of experience in procurement, ideally within consultancy, banking, or another international environment
  • Background in sourcing professional services with proven negotiation and contracting skills
  • Ability to work independently, build relationships, and manage multiple priorities in a complex setting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence to engage senior colleagues
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1); comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, and e-sourcing tools
