DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer based in Rzeszów, who will be responsible for providing technical support for networking and security products, including Fortinet solutions. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer networks and security (Firewall, IPS, VPN), as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Organizational skills and a good command of English are also essential. Experience with the FortiGate platform will be considered an additional asset. As the Junior Support Engineer, you will be:

  • Responsible for technical support of networking and security products
  • Preparing and conducting solution testing
  • Providing first-line technical support for Fortinet products
  • Developing and expanding your knowledge in the areas of networking and security
  • Collaborating with IT experts and professionals

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Junior Support Engineer:

  • Has a basic understanding of computer networks
  • Possesses knowledge of network security - including Firewall, IPS, VPN
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills
  • Is self-reliant, available, and consistent in their work
  • Can plan and manage their work time effectively
  • Has a good command of English for fluent communication
  • Familiarity with FortiGate is a strong asset
