WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our Polisth team in Warsaw.

SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

• Source, underwrite and assess potential logistic real estate acquisitions in Poland
• Focus on the divestment activity in Poland
• Build relations with sales brokers and potential sale and leaseback prospects
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Assess comparable reports, property value(s), and market conditions through research, outreach, data, site tours and gathering relevant market intelligence
• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, cash flow models, due diligence documents, internal investment memos and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions 
• Oversee weekly/bi-monthly conference calls regarding acquisition checklists to ensure items are completed on time during due diligence and closing of acquisitions/dispositions

WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

• Background in investment transactions on relevant markets
• Proven experience in asset disposals (preferably with a developer)
• Analytical & target driven mindset
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills (ability to maintain/establish long-term relationships)
• Languages: Polish (native or bilingual) & English (professional working)
