Performing general administrative tasks
(answering phone calls, photocopying, scanning, sending emails)
Ensuring smooth management and organization of business contacts,
as wel as maintaining and archiving documentation.
Scheduling meeting requests, booking conference rooms, and welcoming and
assisting clients.
Organizing and executing secretarial duties.
Receiving and dispatching mail, and performing other reception duties.
Drafting, copying, and sending correspondence.
Maintaining data, records, documents, and other files.
Managing simple procurement processes and overseeing office supplies.
Assisting with employee attendance records.
Requirements:
Education: at east a high school diploma
Work experience: at least 1 year of relevant experience in comparable administrative, secretarial, or HR roles.
Language skills fluent Polish and English (written and spoken), knowledge of
business etiquette, good computer skills (MS Office — Word, Excel, Outlook,
PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Knowledge of Czech or Slovenian at B2 level.
Desired personal qualities: high motivation, responsibilty, accuracy, and independence at work, excellent organizational skils, resourcefulness.
