Job Description
As a Dynatrace Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Dynatrace to ensure effective observability across our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with various departments to streamline monitoring processes, reduce duplicated efforts, and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise: Managing large Dynatrace clusters, configuring, scaling, and optimizing Dynatrace platforms to provide Observability solution to CIB
  • Monitoring and Analytics: Utilizing real-time analytics and AI powered anomaly detection to prevent system failures and optimize application performance.
  • Product lifecycle: Validate new features provided by the vendor and explore new solutions to answer customer requirements.
  • Automation: Implementing monitoring as code using tools like Monaco, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to provide a unified monitoring strategy
  • Problem Solving, Crisis Management and business continuity: Supporting business continuity through early detection. Performing root cause analysis and providing proactive solutions to restore service and prevent critical failures
  • Communication Skills: Leading and participating in communities and tribes foc

used on Dynatrace adoption, collaborating with international teams.

  • Training and Knowledge Sharing: Organizing workshops and training sessions to boost skills

among teams and sharing best practices.

Our Requirements

  • Expertise in Dynatrace observability features : business analysis, design and implementation
  • Proficiency in automation tools like Monaco, Terraform, Ansible , Jenkins and CI/CD Toolchains in general
  • Proficiency in Python scripting language
  • Proven experience in working in project mode and ability to be autonomous
  • Excellent communication skills and English proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills
