We are looking for candidates for
Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist (German language)
position to join our team in Vesuvius Shared Service Center based in Kraków and Skawina.

In this role the successful candidate will work within the small team and serve Payroll and Personnel Administration related activities based on Instructions for Vesuvius companies located in Germany.

Position is temporary (12 months contract).

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering payroll and data processing services based on procedures and instructions to our internal customers located in Germany
  • Calculating payroll, checking and verifying payroll results
  • Entering employee HR and payroll data into the Loga system
  • Preparing reports and summaries for Local HR Teams and for Finance Teams
  • Responding to enquiries regarding pay slips
  • Working according dedicated instructions
  • Ensuring the quality and accuracy of data
  • Close cooperation within the team and local HR Teams in Germany
  • Developing competencies via participation in the trainings, knowledge sharing

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Very good knowledge of German and English language,
    fluent knowledge of Polish language
  • Experience in payroll service center is a plus but not necessary
  • Interested in learning servicing payroll based on procedures an instructions.
  • Interested in gaining experience in servicing payroll for German employees
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
