YOUR TASKS

• Deliver responsive and effective first-level IT support to local users.


• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware provisioning and recovery.


• Own and maintain core IT services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, and authentication systems.


• Collaborate with global IT teams to drive service improvements and maintain high operational standards.


• User Support & Operations - Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.


• Prepare and configure IT equipment for new employees; conduct handovers and initial IT training.


• Collect and decommission hardware from departing employees.


• Train users on IT tools, policies, and best practices (e.g. ITSM tools, security protocols).


• Maintain accurate records of support activities and IT assets.

YOUR PROFILE

• A bachelor degree or similar Education in Information Technology Proven experience in IT support or system administration.


• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, and Azure AD.


• Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g. SAML) and group policy management.


• Excellent communication and user training skills.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.


• Very good English skills
