We're looking for an experienced
QA Lead
to take charge of
Performance & REST API Testing
in a cutting-edge
Cyber Engineering
environment.

You'll lead testing strategy, automation, and quality standards across multiple teams — helping shape a world-class Cyber Testing Practice

What You'll Do

  • Lead the
    Cyber Testing Practice
    , defining frameworks, strategy, and tooling
  • Drive
    automated, performance, and chaos testing
    across cyber platforms
  • Mentor QA engineers and guide best practices within agile and DevSecOps environments
  • Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to ensure testing meets regulatory and control standards
  • Identify risks, track defects, and deliver solutions to strengthen reliability

What You Bring

  • 3+ years as a
    QA Lead
    in agile environments
  • Strong experience with
    REST API testing
    and
    Performance/Chaos Testing
  • Solid understanding of
    automated and manual testing
    best practices
  • Experience with
    JIRA, Confluence, Git
    , and other DevSecOps tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English — both written and spoken
