Position Overview:

We're searching for a detail-oriented, passionate native Dutch speaker to join our Warsaw team as a Game Localization QA Tester. In this role, you'll help shape the quality of top games—from up-and-coming indie titles to world-class AAA releases—for Dutch-speaking players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Test localized game content across multiple platforms for linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
  • Identify, document, and help resolve localization, language, and text issues
  • Follow and complete test cases and checklists as part of structured QA processes
  • Write comprehensive bug reports in English based on company and client guidelines
  • Incorporate your understanding of Dutch gaming culture/user preferences to enhance product quality
  • Spot gaps in test coverage and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Offer constructive feedback on gameplay, balance, and user experience
  • Perform additional QA-related tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Native-level Dutch with excellent spelling, grammar, and language sense
  • Strong command of English (for documentation and team communication)
  • Regular gamer with deep passion for video games
  • Some prior Localization QA (LQA) experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required (degree in computer science, game design, linguistics, or a related field is a bonus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, positive attitude
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management abilities to meet deadlines
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, digital devices, mobile, tablets, browsers)
  • Able to work full-time onsite in Warsaw (Monday–Friday, core business hours)
  • Must have the legal right to work in Poland (EU citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work permit/visa)

Extra Advantageous:

  • Immediate availability
  • Previous experience in game testing or software localization
  • Familiarity with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Mantis, ADO, Bugzilla)
  • Knowledge of CAT tools (SDL Trados, MemoQ)
  • Awareness of different testing methodologies
