In this role, you will lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for our customers (primarily loyalty airlines), partners and internal teams. As a Trainer, you will play a critical role in empowering stakeholders by combining strong product expertise with modern instructional approaches.
Key Responsibilities
Training Design & Development
Contribute to the creation of learner-centric training experiences aligned with product strategy and business objectives.
Support course development using the ADDIE model and act as a subject matter expert for assigned Amadeus Airline solutions.
Design and develop Instructor-Led Training (ILT) content for both in-person and virtual delivery.
Support the creation of bite-size video content to complement ILT materials.
Collaborate with Instructional Designers on e-Learning development.
Create and maintain training documentation such as Tutor Guides, Training Agendas, Certification Exams, Exercise Books, Quizzes, and Product Installation Guides.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success Management, Service Account Management, R&D, and Support teams to ensure training content is aligned with system capabilities and customer needs.
Training Needs Assessment
Assist in assessing customer learning needs and identifying knowledge or skill gaps.
Recommend appropriate learning solutions based on delivery formats and learning objectives.
Training Delivery
Ensure training environments are properly configured to reflect customer specifications.
Deliver engaging Instructor-Led training sessions to both technical and non-technical audiences, either in person (onsite/offsite) or virtually.
Training Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyze training effectiveness data using customer satisfaction surveys.
Share key outcomes with line management and propose improvements to training content and delivery.
Subject Matter Expertise & Peer Support
Serve as a subject matter resource for assigned training deliveries.
Keep training materials up to date with product changes and communicate updates internally.
Participate in "train-the-trainer" sessions and support junior colleagues when needed.
