PR & Social Media ManagerSony Europe B.V. Poland BranchLocation: WarsawYou will:
  • Develop corporate PR campaigns around key defined issues (Products, Research, Innovation, Corporate, CSR, Sustainability, Sponsorship, cultural partnerships etc.) to deliver the corporate PR and reputation strategy.
  • Proactively develop Poland media contact network at senior technology, business, finance, editorial levels through regular touch points.
  • Proactively develop influencers network from various Communities Of Interest
  • Plan and manage social media activities of Sony Poland using various social platforms, including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, X
  • Plan and manage regular contact with priority stakeholder groups (i.e sector analysts, partner NGOs etc) — using key product, entertainment and services milestones to reinforce the Sony networked entertainment experience as a strategic priority.
  • Identify appropriate public platforms, events and speaking engagements to build Sony's corporate visibility and awareness of strategic direction in Europe.
  • Create core corporate communications tools and assets that can be deployed across Europe.
  • Support crisis issues and management as necessary
  • Budget responsibility and financial dimensions: determined by line manager & project scope.
You will bring:
  • Graduate level — preferably with languages including excellent spoken and written English - Additional professional training or equivalent qualifications
  • Strong network of contacts in key consumer, business and financial media (UK/Euro)
  • Managing and executing key opinion formers and stakeholder engagement program mes and events
  • Successful corporate and stakeholder PR planning , events management and PR, influencer marketing and social media campaign delivery
  • Effectively managing multiple internal stakeholders to achieve agreement and direction
  • Strong understanding of social media as a communications tool
  • Hands on crisis and issues management
  • Briefing and managing agencies and advisors in a timely and cost effective way
  • 4 years of experience to understand the unpredictability of the job and the flexibility required
