About the Role

We are looking for a
Social Media Art Designer
— a creative mind who blends
design craft with storytelling vision
. You will be part of the HUAWEI creative team in Warsaw, developing visual concepts and content ideas for social media campaigns across Europe.

Your mission:
bring technology to life through visual imagination
— by designing, concepting, and shaping social media stories that inspire the present & next generations of Huawei users.

What You'll Do:

  • Create
    concepts and visuals
    for Huawei social media campaigns and product launches.
  • Design and adapt content for platforms like
    Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
    .
  • Collaborate with art director, copywriter, graphic & motion designers, and marketing team.
  • Work with production partners to bring your ideas to life and make sure execution meets a brief requirements.
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across local markets.
  • Explore trends and emerging creative formats to keep our communication fresh and engaging.
  • Plan social media activations calendar along with Social Media Manager.

Who You Are:

  • You think in
    concepts, stories, and emotions
    , not just pixels.
  • You have
    3–6 years of experience
    in social media design, art direction, or content creation (agency or brand side).
  • You have strong portfolio showing
    social media visuals, campaign concepts, and storytelling skills
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premier Pro).
  • Work experience for other high-tech or premium brand will be considered as an advantage.
  • Passion for
    visual culture, fashion, tech, and lifestyle trends
    .
  • Well organized and team work oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Polish
    and
    English
    .
