Andersen is hiring a BI Developer to build and support scalable BI solutions for an international company focused on sustainable urban development and data-driven decision-making.

The customer is an international company focused on building sustainable communities and environmentally responsible urban environments. Their work emphasizes renewable energy, efficient resource use and community well-being, aiming to create scalable, low-carbon living models. They operate across development and asset management, promoting long-term ecological balance and practical solutions for net-zero urban living.

The project is focused on building and maintaining scalable Business Intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Technology stack: SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, SQL, DAX, SAC Modeling, ETL, Data Warehouse (Star/Snowflake), Relational Databases, Excel (Power Query, PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business users to gather BI/reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI.
• Creating data models, managing datasets, and performing ETL processes to support reporting needs.
• Interpreting and visualizing large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Working closely with data engineers and backend teams to build and optimize data warehouse solutions.
• Applying advanced analytics techniques to support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
• Ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI platforms.
• Providing end-user training and documentation for BI tools and dashboards.
• Continuously improving existing BI processes and tools to enhance performance and usability.
• Utilizing data from Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) & related tools (e.g., Build, BIM 360), including its Insight module, to support reporting on project performance, risks and construction analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information systems/ data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience as a BI Developer for 3+ years.
• In-depth understanding of BI platforms and data visualization tools, especially SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Microsoft Power BI.
• Understanding of data warehouse architecture, including star/snowflake schema and fact-dimension modeling.
• Familiarity with data governance, data security, and quality assurance in BI environments.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and relational databases Strong experience in data visualization, report development, and KPI dashboards.
• Advanced skills in SAC, Power BI, and intermediate skills in Excel (Power Query, PivotTables).
• Strong SQL, DAX (Power BI), and SAC modeling logic.
• Ability to create intuitive, user-friendly, and insight-driven dashboards and reports.
• Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
