We are looking for a General Ledger in Finance (m/f/d)--> The hiring location is 40-014, Katowice, Śląskie, PolandSaarGummi is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality sealing systems for the automotive industry. Our customers include almost all well-known automotive manufacturers. With more than 5500 employees, we currently operate in Asia, Europe, North and South America. We attach particular importance to working in partnership with our customers and jointly developing tailored solutions from the initial idea through to implementation in the series production process.Your tasks:Responsibility for maintaining the general ledger for entities in Luxembourg and GermanyProfessional and proper processing of all accounting transactions of a business unitPreparation of weekly liquidity plansPreparation of outgoing invoices and rechargesMaintenance, reconciliation and clarification of accounts; monthly intra - company reconciliationBooking and conclusion of hedging transactionsPreparation of advance VAT returns and other statistical reports and evaluationsTimely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statementsCollaboration on projectsYour qualification:At least 3 years of completed vocational training, alternatively university/university of applied scienceSuccessful completion as an accountant IHK, or comparable qualification - nice to haveSeveral years of professional experience in financial accounting (>3 years)Financial statements in IFRS and LUX-GAAP, alternatively HGB - nice to haveGood SAP and MS Office skillsGood written and spoken German and English skillsAbility to work independently and reliablyCareful and result-oriented way of workingAbility to work in a team, strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilityOpen and flexible in dealing with new challenges in a dynamic environmentOur offer:Private medical careLife insuranceSport card20% remote workWe will get in touch with the selected candidates.
