To our BU Adsorbents & Additives team we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Planning. On this position you will manage multinational team of 7 people and optimize our supply chain operations while implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement robust demand forecasting processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Lead strategic inventory management practices across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with production teams to create aligned and efficient production plans.
- Oversee procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Optimize distribution networks to minimize costs and reduce lead times.
- Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
- Provide strategic leadership and professional development to the supply chain planning team.
What are we looking for?
- Master's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or business administration.
- 10+ years of experience in a global business environment.
- 5+ years in leadership positions.
- Proficiency with SAP and Advanced planning systems (ideally Kinaxis).
- Proven experience leading an IBP process.
- Track record of building system capabilities and developing planning organizations.
- Strong cross-functional change management skills, ideally with experience managing change in complex organizational environments.
- Demonstrated team leadership abilities.
- Preferred with industry certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CPSM.
- Ideally Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Language skills: English min. C1.
