Invoicing Officer

DP World is a leading global trade provider, delivering intelligent logistics solutions that connect the worlds of business, logistics and people around the world. We are looking for the Invoicing Officer to join our finance team in Żary, Poland.
 

You will be responsible for accounts receivable customer billing activities for associated business sites within a strict time schedule, responding to customer billing queries in a timely basis, ensuring a high-quality service is provided at all times and raising intercompany recharge invoices to partner entities.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

•    Accurate reporting according to Accounting and Tax legislations and company accounting policies.

•    Accurate & timely Accounts receivable/ Customer Billing activity. Invoices are raised accurately, sent out to the customer when required and customer queries are responded to on a timely basis.

•    Collaborate with the rest of the Finance team to continuously improve quality & efficiency of processes.

•    Support the Accountant with adhoc requests to support the business as needed.

•    Review of contracts terms and conditions following updates to ensure they align with invoice requests submitted.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

•    Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

•    Ability to work under pressure accurately to tight deadlines.

•    Able to manage multiple tasks. 

•    Excellent communication skills to respond appropriately to Customer queries.

•    Flexible schedule around peak times.

•    Relevant experience in similar accounting environment is beneficial but not essential.

•    SAP experience preferred but not a requisite.

•    Proficiency in English.
