Zakres obowiązków:

  • Tworzenie i wdrażanie rocznych oraz długoterminowych strategii rozwoju marki.
  • Zarządzanie budżetem marketingowym i monitorowanie efektywności działań (ROI).
  • Prowadzenie projektów rozwoju nowych produktów we współpracy z działami R&D, zakupów, graficznym i sprzedaży.
  • Analiza trendów konsumenckich i działań konkurencji.
  • Współpraca z agencjami kreatywnymi, domami mediowymi, PR oraz influencerami.
  • Zarządzanie kampaniami marketingowymi 360° w Polsce i za granicą.
  • Organizacja targów, eventów oraz działań wspierających sprzedaż.
  • Aktywizacja marki w kanałach retail i e-commerce -działania trade marketingowe, promocje konsumenckie, materiały POS.
  • Analiza danych sprzedażowych i efektywności działań marketingowych.

Wymagania:

  • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia na stanowisku Brand Managera w branży kosmetycznej/ beauty lub suplementy diety, kosmetyki farmaceutyczne
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (preferowane: marketing, zarządzanie, ekonomia).
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego (codzienny kontakt).
  • Doświadczenie we współpracy z klientami z kanału drogeryjnego.
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość PowerPoint i Excel.
  • Zmysł analityczny, kreatywność, samodzielność i orientacja na wyniki.
