Job description

We're looking for an Assistant to the Accounting Team within our Finance department who will help us with day to day accounting.

About Finance Team 

The Finance Team supports the organization by performing financial processes like collecting cash from customers, making payments to suppliers, and processing the related accounting documents. We make sure Tylko follows the tax rules and provides financial information and reports both internally and externally.

We support other departments in planning and decision-making by providing financial insight, maintaining relations with banks and trade currencies.

Once you join our Team you will be responsible for:

  • Posting selected documents in FK Symfonia 

  • Assisting in preparing supporting calculations in Excel (for purposes of CC599C, Intrastat) 

  • Participating in projects aimed at improving financial and accounting processes 

  • Assisting with the sales process (as a substitute) 

  • Preparing GUS reports 

  • Preparing payments and posting bank statements (as a substitute)

Job requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Completed studies in accounting, finance, or a related field (if you're still studying, you're also welcome - as long as you can work full-time)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel (comfortable with pivot tables and VLOOKUP)

  • Fluency in Polish and a good command of English

  • Working from our Warsaw office 3 days a week

As this is an entry-level role, you don't need prior accounting experience — although any internships or hands-on practice will be a bonus. What really matters is your mindset: we'd love to hear from curious and motivated individuals.
